These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneView website at https://one-view.app ("Website") and the services provided by OneView. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of OneView

OneView is a personal finance SaaS platform that provides users with a unified financial dashboard to track assets, liabilities, and available spending power after accounting for upcoming bills.

2. Service Plans and Pricing

OneView offers four service plans:
- Manual Monthly ($5/month) - Subscription-based manual account tracking
- Manual Lifetime ($29 one-time) - Lifetime access to manual account tracking
- Pro Monthly ($10/month) - Subscription-based automated tracking with bank integration
- Pro Annual ($89/year) - Annual subscription for automated tracking with bank integration

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Lifetime Plans (One-Time Payments)
All lifetime access purchases ($29 Manual Lifetime) are final after 24 hours from the purchase date. You may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase by contacting support. After 24 hours, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3.2 Subscription Plans (Monthly and Annual)
All subscription purchases are final after 24 hours from the initial purchase date. You may request a full refund within the first 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

3.3 Refund Process
To request a refund within the 24-hour window, please contact us at support@one-view.app with your transaction details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Service Usage and Restrictions

4.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use OneView only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Use automated tools to access the service without authorization
- Resell or redistribute access to OneView services

4.3 Financial Data
For Pro plans with bank integration, you authorize OneView to access your financial institution data through our third-party provider (Plaid) solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5. User Data and Privacy

6. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and analytics tools to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime
While we strive to provide continuous service availability, OneView does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unexpected downtime.

7.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of OneView at any time with reasonable notice to users.

8. Subscription Management

8.1 Automatic Renewal
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

8.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods after notice is provided.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OneView, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and source code, are owned by OneView and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

OneView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:
- Errors or inaccuracies in financial data provided by third-party services
- Financial decisions made based on information provided by OneView
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service

11. Third-Party Services

OneView integrates with third-party services (such as Plaid for bank connections and Stripe for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination:
- Your access to OneView services will be immediately revoked
- Subscription refunds will not be provided for terminated accounts
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OneView shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of OneView after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
